1. Equipment Overview
Purpose: Metal etching roll-to-roll unwinding equipment is used in conjunction with the DES cleaning line to achieve automatic unwinding and rewinding.
Features: Automatically cooperate with the DES cleaning line to improve production efficiency.
2. Equipment specifications and main technical indicators
1. Processing material: stainless steel belt.
2. Material thickness: 0.02~0.03mm (excluding double-sided pressed dry film thickness).

8. Material core fixing method: fixed by air shaft.
9. Conveying surface height: docking DES cleaning machine, the height of the on-site cleaning machine shall prevail.

11. Substrate conveying method: The receiving machine is equipped with a set of rubber-coated rollers, driven by a servo motor, and the speed is synchronized with the cleaning machine.
12. Substrate conveying speed: 0.5~3M/minute, which can be adjusted according to actual usage.
13. Correction device: Each winding and rewinding station is equipped with a set of EPC, with an accuracy of ±1mm.
14. Rewinding device; unwinding is equipped with a receiving platform and two sets of clamps.
15. Dust-proof device: The whole machine is sealed with an aluminum extruded acrylic cover, and the top is equipped with an FFU filter efficiency class100 to ensure positive pressure and cleanliness in the winding and rewinding machines.
16. Equipment working mode: manual and automatic control mode, the main signal of the cleaning machine is connected under automatic control,
online automatic work, single machine work under manual control, winding and unwinding can be reversed (EPC cannot work when reversing).
Metal etching roll-to-roll unwinding equipment unwinding machine specifications:
1. Two sets of material unwinding shafts, fixed with a single-side cantilever, material loading from the front, loading height 750mm.
The unwinding shaft adopts an air expansion shaft.
2. Two sets of dry film release film shafts are used to tear off the surface of the material. The single-side cantilever is fixed, and the material is rolled up and unloaded from the front.
The rewinding shaft adopts an air expansion shaft.
The rewinding shaft adopts a reduction motor with a magnetic powder clutch torque rewinding, and the rewinding force is manually adjusted and digitally displayed.
3. A set of material receiving platforms, each with air clamps on the left and right to fix the material.
The platform surface is 3MM lower than the bottom surface of the material. During the material running, the platform is ensured not to contact the protective film on the back of the material to avoid scratches. There are scales at the inlet and outlet positions to facilitate the fixing of the material position during the material receiving process. The left and right clamp switches are controlled without interfering with each other.
4. A set of unwinding buffer rollers with a stroke of 1500mm.
Install front and rear guide rails to ensure that the front and rear forces of the rollers are consistent and do not shake during the lifting and lowering of the material.
The buffer weight pressure is adjustable, and the adjustment method is a knob-type digital display.
5. The unwinding station is equipped with an anti-static device, a total of 2.
The air volume of each static rod is adjustable, and a solenoid valve can be equipped to select whether to blow air.
6. Electronic control
PLC+touch screen control, connected to the cleaning machine and the material receiving machine.
PLC adopts Japanese Mitsubishi PLC, and the touch screen adopts 7-inch Kunlun Tongtai.
7. A set of deviation correction EPC device drives the whole set of unwinding racks to move to ensure that the material does not deviate.
The sensor of the metal etching roll-to-roll unwinding equipment is installed on the manual slide, and the position is adjusted manually.
