It is applied to cut various materials, such as Rubber, Plastic, Paper Board, Aluminum Foil, Cooper foil, PET, Protective film, Mylar, Reflector, Diffuser, Gaskets, Silicon Tape etc.


  Features

 half broken off cutting, cutting down the minimum precision trimming 0.01mm.

3. Precision polished stainless steel cutting board and improves the cutting effect.     
4. Servo motor control feeding system.     
5.20mm cutting stroke, distance under 10mm feed conditions, cutting speeds up to 45 times per minute.

6. Adjustable center clip knife means to improve the efficiency of different sizes Die replacement.     
7.PET belt cleaner wheel device, electrostatic removing device, oil cooling device.

 The pressure and mould plate adjstment part are at the up part of machine , use cover to keep them safety and clean    
safety electric eye is yellow color safety guard , it will sense if have hand or Foreign bodies when machine working,     
if have , the machine will emergency stop itself
