DP-420 Two Layer Three layer multilayer Laminating Machine
Rewinding and unwinding shafts The axial movement of the rewinding and unwinding shafts can facilitate the movement of the axial position of the material through the fine-tuning nuts on the front and back of each material shaft.
Composite components Multiple sets of composite rollers can be used for the composite and waste discharge work of multiple and multilayer materials. The pressure adjustment of the composite roller is convenient, and the distance between the upper and lower rollers can be adjusted. The axial movement of the composite positioning ring can be easily realized through the fine adjustment bolts on the end face.
Waste discharge device The waste discharge platform, waste discharge knife, and multiple waste discharge rollers are combined together, which is flexible and powerful, and easy to adjust. It basically realizes the automatic waste discharge work of most products.
This machine is specially used for compounding and discharging waste materials such as multi-strip, multi-layer adhesive tape, film, release paper and so on. ·The machine configuration is flexible, and the adjustment function can be added at any time to meet the processing needs to the limit. ·Each part can realize independent speed regulation and tension control, which is easy to operate. ·High compound positioning accuracy (±0.1mm), powerful function and high working efficiency.
