About machine mark searching system
this is mark searching system , put it to the material with Dark color area, to let the light point at the mark , and measurement the length between the next one , setting that length at Photoelectrical operation mode
In this mode, it can be used for color calibration slicing of printed matter, which can be set at the position specified by the user to cut the knife, avoiding the cumulative error caused by stepping and the error generated by the user during printing, making the slicing more accurate. (For example: the distance between the color code and the color code is 80mm. At this time, the "feed length setting" can be 75-78mm, and the remaining 5~2mm can be set in the "point finding range setting". You can set a bit more, the order should not exceed the next point, that is, find a point in this range, if it can't find the point, it will automatically stop).
Adjustment steps:
(1) The first step is to align the material cutting line with the knife edge.
(2) The second step is to adjust the color tracking photoelectric. Press the "MODE" button to select the "TEACH" mode, align the light spot with the color mark, press the "ON" button, wait for the "OPE" indicator light to light, and then press the feeding back button to align the light spot with the background color, and press Press the "OFF" button, "OPE" goes out, and the color code photoelectric adjustment is completed.
(3) Finally press the "Start" button on the control panel, the machine will run to find a point within the range of the point at the speed of finding the point (if no point is found within the range of the point, it will automatically stop), and the cutter will move after finding the point. Then run the "Feed Length" fast feeding at the "Feed Speed". After the feeding is completed, it will decelerate to find a point. After the point is found, the cutter will move and run in a cycle.
(4) Press the "Stop" button on the control panel during operation, and the machine will cut off the current running piece and stop.
(5) Press the "Emergency Stop" button on the control panel during operation, and the machine will stop immediately.
