Product Description:

 1. Adopt four column structure, the vertical precision of the movable plate is controlled by four precision guide bushings, and the parallel precision of any point between the lower working face and the upper working face is below 0.08mm.

 

2.Adopting adjustable positioning cylinder, the positioning accuracy of the lower dead point is high, the repetition accuracy is below 0.01mm, and the depth of imprint is 100% guaranteed.

 

3.PLC control system, can have three working modes, automatic, manual and stroke, manual can be pressed on the die stop in any range of travel, equipped with emergency back button, can also be equipped with infrared hand guard device spindle down speed is 88MM/S.

 

4.The pressure, pressing stroke, holding pressure time and closing height can be adjusted by you for easy operation.
