The roll-to-roll laminating machine is a specially developed roll-to-roll laminating equipment with good roll-to-roll laminating effect, fast speed and easy operation. The roller is a high-precision hard chrome-plated roller (silicone roller can be selected), variable frequency speed regulation and uniform heating. It adopts air shaft to rewind and unwind, and magnetic powder tension control.
It is widely used in roll self-adhesive, gold label paper, PVC roll material, non-woven roll lamination, roll material double-sided adhesive bonding and other processes.
The equipment can be heated by roller steel rod, silicone roller, upper and lower rollers according to different customer needs.
The roll can be rewound and unwound in different types such as two releases and one rewind, two releases and two rewinds, three releases and two rewinds, cooling and rewinding.
